Service Life
1. Thediaphragm cover is manufactured from stamped steel with a galvanized and painted finish to deliver robust corrosion resistance. The paint is uniquely formulated for durability, ensuring it does not easily peel. Additionally, the actuator bracket is composed of either cast or forged steel, offering a dependable and sturdy build.
2. The diaphragm construction of our product ensures unmatched durability and resilience.iaphragm is constructed from superior neoprene rubber, which provides remarkable resistance against aging and chemical corrosion while maintaining its impeccable shape under constant pressure.
3. The pushush rod is made of high-grade AISI420, featuring a sleek nickel-plated surface that offers exceptional smoothness and robust corrosion resistance.
4. The guideuide bushing is made from premium aluminum bronze, ensuring excellent guidance and minimal deformation even at lower temperatures, thus maintaining superior air chamber sealing.
5. For the sealingealing, an advanced A-type sealing ring is strategically positioned below the connection of the push rod and bracket to effectively obstruct oil, sand, or dirt infiltration.
Application Flexibility
1. All direct-acting and reverse-acting components are universally to ensure interchangeability, promising effortless adaptability across a multitude of applications.
2. The spring installation position is customizable according to the operational stroke. The integrally cast aluminum tray provides two installation options - high and low - ensuring utmost convenience in installation.
