1. The innovative design eliminates the need for a guide hole in the gate, resulting in a streamlined, compact structure. This creates a valve that is not only smaller in size but also significantly lighter, making it ideal for applications where space and weight are considerations.
2. The gate's versatile design can incorporate V-shaped, semi-circular, or pentagonal channels. This versatility endows the valve with superior regulating capabilities, allowing it to adapt seamlessly to any desired opening degree, thus precisely meeting the diverse flow requirements of intricate pipeline systems, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram.
3. Equipped with two ingeniously floating valve seats that boast a soft-hard composite seal, this valve ensures exceptional durability and a prolonged service life. In the event of an abnormal rise in internal cavity pressure, the floating valve seat automatically releases the excess pressure safely back into the pipeline, safeguarding the entire system.
4. To enhance operational reliability, grease injection valves are strategically positioned at the outer seats of the valve body. Should there be a leakage due to seal pair wear, sealing grease can be injected to promptly rectify and prevent further leakage, maintaining the valve's integrity.
5. A conveniently located drain valve at the bottom of the valve body effectively discharges accumulated impurities from within, ensuring the valve remains clean and functions efficiently.

1. When fully opened, the guide hole in the gate aligns flawlessly with the valve body's channel, transforming it into a straight pipe section. This alignment permits the direct purging of media, maximizing the valve's efficiency as depicted in the diagram above.
2. Throughout the gate's opening and closing movements, the valve seat maintains consistent contact with the gate. This interaction enables the soft valve seat to autonomously scrape off impurities during operation, making the flat gate valve especially adept for media containing suspended particles and fibers while preventing potential damage from valve body thermal deformation.
3. This advanced design features two floating valve seats with a soft-hard composite seal, ensuring unmatched durability and extended service life.

In cases of an unexpected increase in valve cavity pressure, the floating valve seat is engineered to automatically vent the excessive pressure back into the pipeline, ensuring the system's safety and operational integrity.
