The Triple Offset Geometry

Offset 1 - The shaft is ingeniously positioned behind the seat axis, allowing for a complete sealing engagement around the entire seat circumference. This strategic offset ensures optimal sealing effectiveness, enhancing the valve's durability and performance.
Offset 2 - The ingenious design includes the shaft centerline being offset from both the pipe and valve, which facilitates an interference-free operation. This configuration ensures seamless opening and closing of the valve, significantly reducing wear and extending the valve's lifespan.

Multi-layer composite sealing provides flexibility, ensuring an optimal fit between seat ring and sea ring, achieving ANSI VI leakage class.

Thrust Collar Protection: Designed to safeguard the stem from particle or coking substance accumulation in dead angle areas between the stem and body, preventing jammed stems. In reverse flow, it protects against stem displacement due to fluid force, minimizing leakage risks.
