For optimal performance in gas or low viscosity liquid media applications, the AOC-3111 type self-operated pressure regulating valve by SNT Machinery (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. is traditionally mounted upright on a horizontal pipeline. However, should spatial constraints arise, it can be effectively installed upside down or at a diagonal. Note: In scenarios where the medium is verified as clean, the installation of part 3 is optional.
In applications involving steam or high viscosity liquid media, the AOC-3111 type self-operated pressure regulating valve is customarily installed upside down on a horizontal pipe for enhanced functionality and efficiency.

Figure 1a showcases an advanced system to expertly regulate post-control valve pressure, utilizing a pressure-closed valve action mode. The operational principle is ingeniously designed: guiding the medium flow into the valve body following the directional arrow, it passes through a meticulous throttling process via the valve seat and spool. An alternative route channels through the pressure tube, specifically adapted for steam with a condenser, reaching the diaphragm actuator. This interaction causes a precise displacement of the spool, achieving remarkable pressure reduction and stabilization. An increase in post-valve pressure escalates diaphragm force, compressing the spring and manipulating the spool to constrict the valve opening, until equilibrium is restored at the predetermined pressure level. Conversely, should the post-valve pressure drop, the diaphragm's force diminishes, allowing the spring's reaction to widen the valve opening, ensuring pressure elevation back to the desired set point.
Figure 1b illustrates a sophisticated regulator designed to impeccably manage pre-valve pressure with a pressure-open valve action mode. The operational mechanics are as follows: the medium enters the valve body, indicated by the arrow's direction, undergoing careful throttling via the valve seat and spool. Simultaneously, via the pressure tube, tailored for steam with a condenser, the medium is directed to the diaphragm actuator, inducing a measured spool displacement crucial for pressure relief and stabilization. An increase in pre-valve pressure amplifies diaphragm force, compressing the spring and prompting the spool to expand the valve opening until pressure decreases to the designated level. Conversely, a decrease in pre-valve pressure reduces diaphragm force, while the spring's reaction compels the spool to contract the valve opening, boosting pressure until it meets the set threshold.
