VALVE is dedicated to pioneering innovative research in high-temperature flue gas butterfly valves.Addressing these challenges, SNT VALVE has devised an unprecedented solution by introducing a four- stemeccentric butterfly valve, replacing the traditional tri- stemeccentric design and collaborating withthe advancedbutterfly valve technology, redefining industry standards as a pioneering move. This breakthrough has resolved enduring issues and earned two prestigious national patents: the four- stemeccentric butterfly valve (patent No. :ZL201520326489.1) and the catalytic device with four- stemeccentric butterfly valve (patent No. : ZL201921719624.3). In collaboration with the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation,commissioned Changzhou University to conduct a rigorous product evaluation, resulting in our technology being recognizedas a domestic benchmark, a pioneering achievementin valve engineering.

Working Principle

The AOC-4000's design is a masterclass in engineering, comprising essential components like the drive device, valve plate, valve body, valve shaft, linkage system, and shaft end seals. The valve body undergoes comprehensive sandblasting, both inside and out, ensuring a pristine finish.

If the oxygen content in the medium exceeds 23.5%, external sandblasting is applied, while internal sandblasting becomes unnecessary.
