1. This remarkable gate valve is designed without a guide hole, resulting in an ingeniously compact structure that is both small in size and remarkably lightweight. Perfectly engineered for efficiency!
2. The gate can be crafted with V-shaped, semi-circular, or pentagonal channels, endowing the valve with exceptional regulating capabilities. This versatility allows it to adjust to any degree of opening, flawlessly meeting the flow requirements of diverse pipeline systems (see the right diagram).
3. Equipped with two floating valve seats featuring a sophisticated soft-hard composite seal, this design ensures an extended service life. In situations of abnormal internal cavity pressure rises, the floating valve seat ingeniously releases high pressure back into the pipeline, safeguarding system integrity.
4. Ingeniously designed grease injection valves are strategically placed at the valve body's external seats. In the event of seal pair wear-induced leakage, sealing grease can be smoothly injected to effectively prevent valve leakage and maintain optimal performance.
5. A strategically positioned drain valve at the bottom of the valve body efficiently discharges accumulated impurities within the valve, ensuring smooth operation and prolonging the valve's life.
Guided Gate Structure Diagram
1. When fully open, the gate's guide hole aligns perfectly with the valve body channel, forming a seamless straight pipe section. This alignment allows for the effortless direct purging of media (see above diagram).
2. During the gate's opening or closing journey, the valve seat remains in constant contact with and fits the gate precisely. The soft valve seat smartly scrapes impurities from the gate, making this flat gate valve ideal for handling media with suspended particles and fibers. It also prevents seal surface damage from thermal deformation.
3. The two valve seats are intelligently designed to float, complemented by a soft-hard composite seal for exceptional longevity.
4. In cases of abnormal valve cavity pressure increases, the floating valve seat automatically releases the excessive pressure into the pipeline, ensuring safety and reliability.
5. A drain valve is conveniently located at the valve body's bottom to facilitate the discharge of any accumulated impurities, maintaining valve efficiency.
