Crafted with precision, the membrane cover is built from stamped steel, featuring a galvanized and superbly painted finish that ensures outstanding corrosion prevention. This resilient paint maintains its integrity, resisting peeling and wear over time;
Designed for durability, the actuator bracket is engineered from either cast steel or forged steel, providing a structure that is both firm and highly reliable;
The diaphragm is expertly manufactured from neoprene, boasting excellent resistance to aging, chemical attacks, and deformation, even under continuous stress;
The push rod is constructed from premium AISI420, with a surface that is meticulously extruded and nickel-plated to deliver a high-quality finish and superior corrosion resistance;
The guide bushing, made of aluminum bronze, ensures excellent guidance and minimal deformation at low temperatures, maintaining the superior sealing capability of the air chamber;
An A-type sealing ring is utilized at the lower connection between the push rod and the bracket, effectively preventing the infiltration of oil, sand, or dirt.

The spring installation position can be finely adjusted according to the stroke. The integrally cast aluminum tray offers two convenient installation positions, high and low, enhancing ease of setup. You also have the option to install 3, 4, or 6 springs, allowing you to
achieve varying spring ranges;
Each actuator specification includes a diverse array of travel springs, facilitating installation across a wide range of valve diameters;
Two distinct handwheel mechanisms are available: top-mounted and side-mounted. Notably, the side-mounted handwheel can be fully
separated from the actuator, providing exceptional ease during
installation. The connection between the actuator and valve employs a
pressing plate and sleeve structure, simplifying the installation and packing replacement on site.
