The 1-X250 series linear stroke pneumatic diaphragm actuator is a remarkable innovation featuring a single-spring structure. Unlike the 1-X280 series, this series is meticulously engineered for exceptional long-stroke control, boasting an impressive maximum stroke capability of up to 250mm. Compared with traditional pneumatic piston actuators, this actuator offers superior regulation precision and an incredibly lightweight design. Furthermore, it can be effectively utilized in cut-off applications when paired with our advanced pneumatic control valves, boosters, and quick exhaust valves. This configuration achieves rapid cut-off times, delivering results as swift as just 1 second, revolutionizing efficiency.

Service Life
1. The diaphragm cover is made of premium stamped steel with a meticulously galvanized and expertly painted surface, offering superior resistance to corrosion. The durable paint ensures longevity, as it is specially designed to resist peeling. The actuator bracket, crafted from high-quality cast or forged steel, guarantees exceptional strength and dependability.
2. The diaphragm is constructed from top-grade neoprene rubber, providing outstanding resistance to aging and chemical corrosion while retaining its integrity and shape under continuous pressure.
3. The push rod is made of premium AISI420 with an exquisite nickel-plated finish, delivering exceptional smoothness and robust corrosion resistance.
4. The guide bushing is made from durable aluminum bronze, ensuring excellent guidance, minimal deformation under low temperatures, and maintaining superior air chamber sealing.
5. For the sealing, an A-type sealing ring is expertly utilized below the connection point of the push rod and bracket, effectively preventing oil, sand, or dirt ingress.
Application Flexibility
1. All direct-acting and reverse-acting components are universally designed to ensure seamless interchangeability.
2. The spring installation position is fully adjustable according to the stroke. The integrally cast aluminum tray offers dual installation positions: high and low, ensuring hassle-free installation. Meanwhile, 3, 4, or 6 springs can be strategically configured to achieve a variety of spring ranges.
3. Each actuator specification is paired with an array of spring options, catering to a comprehensive range of valve sizes.
4. Two innovative handwheel mechanisms are available: top-mounted and side-mounted. Notably, the side-mounted handwheel can be fully detached from the actuator, simplifying the installation process.
5. The innovative compression plate and sleeve structure connect the actuator to the valve, ensuring effortless installation and convenient on-site packing replacement.
