3. Featuring dual floating valve seats with a robust soft-hard composite seal, this valve promises an extended service life. In the event of abnormal internal cavity pressure, the floating seat intelligently releases excess pressure back into the pipeline, ensuring safety and reliability.
4. Equipped with grease injection valves at the external seats, this innovative design allows for easy maintenance. Should seal pair wear lead to leakage, directly inject sealing grease to effectively prevent valve leakage, ensuring uninterrupted operation.
5. At the valve body's base, a strategically placed drain valve facilitates the expulsion of accumulated impurities, maintaining optimal valve performance and longevity.
Guided Gate Structure Diagram
1. When fully opened, the gate's guide hole aligns perfectly with the body channel, creating a straight pipe section for unobstructed media purging (see above diagram).
2. Throughout the gate's motion, the valve seat maintains constant contact, ensuring a snug fit. The soft seat acts as an automatic scraper, removing impurities from the gate. This design is ideal for handling media with suspended particles and fibers, while effectively safeguarding the seal surface from damage due to thermal deformation.
3. The dual floating valve seats, fortified with a soft-hard composite seal, guarantee a prolonged operational lifespan.
4. During abnormal pressure spikes within the valve cavity, the floating seat deftly releases excessive pressure into the pipeline, preserving the system's integrity.
5. The bottom of the valve body is fitted with a drain valve, which efficiently discharges internal impurities, ensuring sustained valve efficiency.
