Working Principle

The innovative four-link butterfly valve is composed of integral components including a drive device, valve plate, valve body, valve shaft, linkage system, and shaft end seals. The process of opening and closing the valve is initiated by the drive device, which activates the valve shaft along with the four-link mechanism. As the valve shaft rotates, the valve plate opens, achieving a fully open state when the plate is aligned parallel to the pipeline center. Conversely, the reverse rotation of the valve shaft facilitates the closing of the valve plate. Complete closure is achieved when the valve plate makes contact with and compresses against the sealing surface of the valve body, thus ensuring a secure and leak-proof seal.
