The ZZY type self-operating pressure regulating valves are ingeniously designed to operate without the need for any external energy source. Operating Principle

For applications requiring downstream pressure control (ZZYP-B type), these valves excel in pressure reduction and stabilization. When the downstream pressure surpasses the predetermined set value, the valve instinctively begins to close, eventually shutting off entirely. Conversely, when the downstream pressure is below this set value, the valve remains open, facilitating the necessary compensation to maintain balance.

In scenarios necessitating upstream pressure control (ZZYP-K type), these valves serve crucial functions of safety pressure relief and stabilization. Upon the upstream pressure exceeding the intended set value, the valve confidently opens up and remains fully open. However, when the upstream pressure falls below this set value, the valve remains closed, thus maintaining safety and stability.
