3. Engineered for durability, the two valve seats are independently floating and incorporate a sophisticated soft-hard composite seal. This design guarantees an extended service life. In instances of abnormal internal cavity pressure escalation, the floating valve seat ingeniously releases excess pressure into the pipeline, ensuring safety and reliability.
4. Strategically placed, grease injection valves adorn the external seats of the valve body. In the event of leakage triggered by wear in the seal pair, the injection of sealing grease here effectively prevents further valve leakage, ensuring uninterrupted performance.
5. Thoughtfully integrated, a drain valve resides at the bottom of the valve body. It efficiently expels accumulated impurities, maintaining optimal valve performance and enhancing longevity.
Guided Gate Structure Diagram
