The diaphragmcover ismade of stamped steel, ensuring durability and longevity.Crafted from high-quality stamped steel, the surface of the Heavy-Duty Multi-Spring Pneumatic Diaphragm Actuators is both galvanized and painted, ensuring exceptional corrosion resistance. The specially formulated paint is long-lasting and resists peeling, maintaining a pristine appearance. The actuator bracket, engineered from cast or forged steel, offers a robust and reliable structure designed for heavy-duty applications.
2. The diaphragm is constructed from premium neoprene rubber, which provides outstanding resistance against aging and chemical corrosion. It retains its form even under continuous stress, ensuring longevity and reliability.
3. The push rod is made of AISI420 stainless steel with a refined nickel-plated surface, offering exceptional smoothness and high resistance to corrosion.
4. The guide bushing is made from durable aluminum bronze, providing excellent guidance and minimal deformation at lower temperatures. This ensures optimal air chamber sealing for enhanced performance.
5. For the sealing, an A-type sealing ring is strategically placed below the push rod and bracket connection, effectively preventing the ingress of oil, sand, or dirt, thereby ensuring long-lasting protection.
