Working Principle

The innovative four-link butterfly valve is composed of a sophisticated array of components, including a drive device, valve plate, valve body, valve shaft, linkage system, and shaft end seals. The actuation of the valve is smoothly executed by the drive device, which orchestrates the movement of the valve shaft and the four-link mechanism with precision. When the valve shaft rotates, it seamlessly opens the valve plate; when the valve plate aligns parallel to the pipeline center, the pathway is fully open. In contrast, the reverse rotation effectively closes the valve plate, and when it contacts and compresses the sealing surface of the valve body, a secure seal is achieved with full closure. This advanced mechanism ensures flawless operation and optimal performance in all operational scenarios.
