Double Parallel Sliding Gate Valves

The innovative Double Parallel Sliding Gate Valves replace traditional wedge gate valve structures with a sealing configuration of two parallel gates and a wedging device. This unique separation of the sealing mechanism components ensures excellent sealing even amidst temperature-induced deformation, eliminating issues of jamming due to high temperature expansion.

Upon opening, the valve's sealing disk and seat first disengage and rise via the wedge block effect, significantly reducing friction between sealing surfaces, thus requiring minimal torque, easing operation, and extending service life. This design expertly addresses challenges such as high lifting force demand for single gate operation, sealing surface wear, and poor sealing, while also preventing jamming during high-temperature opening and closing, thereby enhancing sealing performance and longevity.
