Introducing the AOC-4000 series, a revolutionary four-link eccentric butterfly valve tailored for the most demanding industrial applications. Engineered to thrive in high-temperature, large-diameter, and high-flow environments with demanding low-pressure drop requirements, this valve ensures minimal and even zero leakage. Its exceptional planar sealing technology prevents jamming, even under intense heat, showcasing quick opening and closing capabilities with unparalleled adjustment precision and reliable sealing. This makes it indispensable for managing pipeline media in critical production processes like phthalic anhydride and maleic anhydride. Versatile and robust, it's also adept at handling various gases and liquids such as hydrogen, ammonia, air, smoke, and other gases within pipeline systems. For media that may crystallize, such as sulfur, our innovative jacketed structure ensures uninterrupted flow by mitigating cooling and condensation-induced blockages.

The AOC-4000 series offers flexibility with its actuator options, typically featuring a cylinder-type single-acting actuator. However, adaptability is at the core of its design, allowing for customization with cylinder-type double-acting actuators, electric actuators, or hydraulic actuators to meet specific operational demands. Remarkably, the shut-off time is optimized to an impressive (2-6) seconds, ensuring rapid response and efficiency.

Working Principle

The sophisticated operation of the four-link butterfly valve is a symphony of precision engineering. It comprises key components: a dynamic drive device, valve plate, valve body, valve shaft, linkage system, and robust shaft end seals. Every action begins with the drive device, setting the valve shaft and four-link mechanism into motion. As the valve shaft rotates, it gracefully opens the valve plate, achieving a fully open state when the plate is parallel to the pipeline center. In a seamless reverse motion, the shaft rotates the valve plate to close, culminating in complete closure as the plate meets and compresses the valve body's sealing surface.
