The Triple Offset Geometry

Offset 1 - Ingeniously designed, the shaft is positioned offset behind the seat axis. This meticulous placement allows for complete sealing contact around the entire circumference of the seat, ensuring impeccable sealing performance.
Offset 2 - With the shaft centerline strategically offset from both the pipe and valve, this design innovation allows for interference-free opening and closing, ensuring seamless operation under all conditions.
Offset 3 - The seat cone axis is expertly offset from the shaft centerline. This sophisticated arrangement eliminates friction during both closing and opening, achieving a uniform and compressive sealing effect that surrounds the entire seat with perfection.

Employing dynamic loading and compensation via Belleville springs, the packing system meets TA-Luft standards. The packing box features rolling and pressing, while stem processing eradicates emissions.

Offering a variety of sealing options, including multi-layer composite, all-metal, and integral all-metal seals. Each provides tailored solutions for diverse service conditions, with multi-layer composites offering flexibility for optimal seat ring fit and ANSI VI leakage class compliance.

The thrust collar acts as a protective guardian, preventing particle and coking substance buildup in dead angle areas between stem and body, thus averting stem jams. In reverse flow, it guards against fluid-induced stem displacement that could lead to substantial leaks.
