The ZSHO Series of 'O' Shut-off Ball Valve is engineered with a sophisticated two-piece ball structure, comprising both a primary and auxiliary body. This remarkable design promises outstanding wear resistance, superior sealing tightness, excellent shut-off capabilities, and an impressively long service life. The full bore ball core structure ensures a high rated flow coefficient and minimal flow resistance. The soft sealing valve seat is crafted from carbon fiber reinforced PTFE, delivering exceptional durability and reliability.

The hard sealing ball core and the sealing ring surface are fortified with a tungsten carbide treatment, bestowing them with extraordinary wear resistance. The valve seat's limit structure design ensures torque stability, while the innovative down-to-up stem mounting method prevents any possibility of ejection. The ZSHOF Series 'O' Shut-off Ball Valve Lined F features a full bore ball valve structure, utilizing a specialized molding process. This ensures the inner wall of the valve body and ball core are lined with fluorine plastic, granting exceptional resistance to corrosive fluids such as acids and alkalis. It is expertly engineered for shutting off and switching corrosive fluids in pipelines, while also functioning for flow regulation and control. The integrated design of the ball body and stem effectively eliminates angular discrepancies, ensuring seamless operation. The clever design incorporates connection spaces between the main and auxiliary valves, as well as between the valve and packing, featuring a robust metal limiting structure. This ensures optimal performance and stability.
Our innovative design ensures the valve seat sealing ring is pre-loaded and space-limited for torque consistency. The actuator boasts a high-performance double pinion structure, offering superior transmission efficiency and an impact-resistant design.
