The Ingenious Triple Offset Geometry

Offset 1 - Ingeniously designed, the shaft is strategically offset behind the seat axis. This thoughtful design ensures a comprehensive sealing contact enveloping the entire seat, providing unparalleled sealing efficiency.
Offset 2 - The calculated offset of the shaft centerline from both the pipe and valve is a masterstroke. This clever arrangement facilitates a seamless, interference-free opening and closing mechanism, ensuring smooth and efficient valve operations.
Offset 3 - By offsetting the seat cone axis from the shaft centerline, we effectively eliminate friction during both closing and opening. Stepped Seal for Anti-Blowout Protection: This innovative design ensures security while the integral stem, made from high-strength material, increases the permissible pressure drops.

Revolutionary Driving Mechanism with Offset Round Pin: This method prevents weakening of the stem caused by drilling, thereby enhancing the shearing strength of the round pin and vastly improving reliability and safety.

Advanced Stem Sealing Design: Utilizing high temperature-resistant non-metallic materials, this stem sealing effectively blocks fluid particles from entering the bearing, preventing potential locking or jamming issues.

Dynamic Belleville Spring Loading and Compensation: The packing system incorporates dynamic loading and compensation via Belleville springs. The packing box hole is meticulously rolled and pressed, and the stem undergoes precise processing, ensuring compliance with the TA-Luft emission standards.

Versatile Sealing Options: Including multi-layer composite sealing, multi-layer all-metal sealing, and integral all-metal sealing. Selections are made based on specific service conditions. The multi-layer composite seal offers flexibility for optimal fit between the seat ring and sealing ring, achieving the ANSI VI leakage class.

Protective Thrust Collar: The thrust collar shields the stem from particle accumulation or coking substances in the dead angle area between the stem and body, preventing jamming. In reverse flow, it guards against rotational displacement of the stem due to fluid force, thereby reducing leakage.
