It offers versatility with three distinctive valve forms designed to cater to diverse process needs: the AOC-3111 single-seated, AOC-3113 sleeve, and AOC-3114 double-seated self-acting pressure regulating valves. Users can tailor their choice based on specific working conditions such as differential pressure, temperature, medium state, and leakage requirements. Additionally, this advanced valve is available in three actuator types-diaphragm (normal and reinforced), piston, and metal diaphragm (bellows)-to suit various process situations. The AOC-3000 boasts fast-opening flow characteristics, ensuring responsive action and exceptional adjustment precision (error ≤10%). Its compact design offers space efficiency compared to traditional heavy hammer type pressure reducing valves, and it is user-friendly for adjustments. Figure 1a: This innovative device is engineered to expertly manage the post-control valve pressure with its pressure-closed action mode. Here's how it works: The medium flows seamlessly into the valve body, following the directional arrow, and undergoes efficient throttling by the valve seat and spool. Additionally, in systems where the medium is steam, complemented by a condenser, it is channelled through a pressure tube into the actuator, which precisely engages the diaphragm. This mechanism ensures that the spool adjusts its position dynamically, achieving the dual goals of pressure reduction and stability. Should the pressure after the valve rise, the diaphragm experiences increased force, compressing the spring and driving the spool to constrict the valve opening until the desired pressure is attained. Conversely, a decrease in downstream pressure results in diminished diaphragm force, enabling the spring's reaction force to expand the valve opening, restoring pressure to the set value.
Figure 1b: This regulator is adept at controlling the pressure ahead of the valve, operating as a pressure-open type. The action principle is as follows: The medium enters the valve body as indicated by the arrow, undergoing precise throttling by the valve seat and spool. In applications with steam and a condenser, the medium is directed through a pressure tube to the actuator, engaging the diaphragm. This results in a precise spool displacement, fulfilling the objectives of pressure relief and stabilization. An increase in pre-valve pressure augments the diaphragm force, compressing the spring and driving the spool to expand the valve opening until pressure descends to the set parameter. If pre-valve pressure decreases, the diaphragm force reduces, prompting the spring's reactive force to drive the spool, minimizing the valve opening to elevate pressure to the set value.
