Non-guided Structure Features
1. A marvel of engineering efficiency, the gate is free from guide holes, resulting in a design that is not only compact but also boasts a reduced footprint, offering a valve that's both lightweight and agile.
2. Tailored for versatility, the gate can be crafted with V-shaped, semi-circular, or pentagonal channels. This design empowers the valve with exceptional regulating capabilities, adapting seamlessly to any opening degree to perfectly match the flow requirements of pipeline systems (see the right diagram).
3. Ingeniously designed, the two valve seats are floating and feature a robust soft-hard composite seal, ensuring longevity and reliability. In the event of an abnormal rise in internal cavity pressure, the floating valve seat smartly releases the excess pressure safely back into the pipeline.
4. For enhanced maintenance ease, the valve body is equipped with grease injection valves at the external seats. Should leakage occur due to seal wear, sealing grease can be conveniently injected here, effectively preventing any valve leakage.
5. Designed with practical functionality in mind, a drain valve is placed at the bottom of the valve body, allowing for the efficient discharge of accumulated impurities, thereby maintaining optimal performance.
Guided Gate Structure Diagram
1. When the valve reaches its fully open state, the guide hole in the gate aligns impeccably with the valve body channel, creating a seamless straight pipe section. This alignment allows for the direct purging of media (see above diagram).
2. During the travel of the gate as it opens or closes, the valve seat maintains constant contact and a perfect fit with the gate. The innovative soft valve seat can autonomously clean impurities off the gate during operation, making the flat gate valve ideal for media containing suspended particles and fibers, while also safeguarding against seal surface damage due to valve body thermal deformation.
3. Innovatively designed, the two valve seats are floating and feature a durable soft-hard composite seal, ensuring extended operational life.
4. In cases where the valve cavity pressure unexpectedly rises, the intelligent floating valve seat automatically releases the superfluous pressure back into the pipeline, ensuring safety and system integrity.
5. A drain valve strategically located at the bottom of the valve body facilitates the efficient removal of accumulated impurities, ensuring the valve remains in prime working condition.
