This sophisticated design guarantees that the disc seal makes contact with the body seat only at the ultimate shut-off point, avoiding any rubbing or galling. This innovation provides a torque-generated, resilient seal that applies just the right amount of 'wedging' to deliver a consistent and reliable seal contact every time.

The Ingenious Triple Offset Geometry

Offset 1 - Ingeniously designed, the shaft is strategically offset behind the seat axis. This allows for complete and uninterrupted sealing contact around the entire seat, ensuring maximum sealing efficiency.
Offset 2 - At the heart of this design, the shaft centerline is meticulously offset from both the pipe and the valve. This sophisticated alignment allows for interference-free opening and closing of the valve, enhancing operational smoothness.
Offset 3 - In a masterstroke of design, the seat cone axis is offset from the shaft centerline. This precision engineering eliminates friction during both closing and opening, achieving a uniform compressive seal around the entire seat, thereby enhancing durability and performance.

Ingenious Design of Triple-Eccentric: Perfectly suited for the most demanding service conditions characterized by high temperature and pressure, combined with minimal leakage. During the valve's opening or closing phases, it proudly showcases frictionless operation and requires remarkably low torque. The greater the fluid force, the more impeccable the sealing becomes.

Robust Integral Structure: The seat ring and body are amalgamated, with the sealing face skillfully surfaced using a high-strength alloy, ensuring exceptional reliability
of the sealing face and significantly extending its service life, approaching a state of near non-maintenance.

Stepped Seal for Anti-Blowout Assurance: This design feature guarantees security while the integral stem, crafted from high-strength material, enhances the allowable pressure drops, elevating safety and performance.

Innovative Driving Method: Utilizing the offset of a round pin in the stem and disk mechanism, it prevents the reduction of stem strength from drilling. This not only enhances the shearing strength of the round pin but also elevates reliability and security.

Advanced Stem Sealing Design: The stem sealing, crafted from high-temperature resistant non-metallic material, effectively prevents fluid with particles from infiltrating the bearing, thus avoiding potential lock or jam situations.

Dynamic Belleville Springs Loading and Compensation: The packing system incorporates dynamic loading and compensation through Belleville springs. The packing box hole is meticulously rolled and pressed, while the stem is expertly processed to virtually eliminate packing emission, complying with the stringent TA-Luft standard.

Versatile Sealing Options: Offering a range of sealing choices, including multi-layer composite sealed, multi-layer all-metal sealed, and integral all-metal sealed options. Selections are made based on varying service conditions. The multi-layer composite sealed option provides flexibility, ensuring an optimal fit between the seat ring and sea ring, fulfilling ANSI VI leakage class standards.

Protective Thrust Collar: This stem-protecting thrust collar prevents the accumulation of particles or coking substances in the dead angle area between the stem and body, which could cause jamming. When flowing in reverse, it prevents the stem from rotational displacement due to fluid force, thus averting increased leakage.

Effortless Maintenance: The high precision of parts and components facilitates on-site
adjustment and replacement of seal rings, ensuring seamless operation and maintenance.
