Non-guided Structure Features
1. Experience the innovation with our gate valve that features a non-guided structure. This design means no guide hole in the gate, resulting in a remarkably compact, lightweight, and small-sized valve-ideal for modern engineering solutions.
2. Our gate valve is versatile and adaptable, with the option of V-shaped, semi-circular, or pentagonal channels. This provides exceptional regulating capabilities, allowing the valve to adjust seamlessly to any opening degree, perfectly meeting the dynamic flow requirements of your pipeline systems (see the right diagram).
3. Enhanced for longevity, the valve boasts two floating valve seats with a superior soft-hard composite seal. This ensures an extended service life. Should internal cavity pressure rise unexpectedly, the floating seat intelligently releases excess pressure back into the pipeline, safeguarding your system.
4. Designed with practical maintenance in mind, the valve includes grease injection points at the external seats of the valve body. In instances of leakage due to seal wear, you can easily inject sealing grease here to effectively prevent any further valve leakage.
5. Maintenance simplicity is key, with a dedicated drain valve located at the bottom of the valve body. This feature efficiently discharges any accumulated impurities, ensuring optimal performance and cleanliness of the valve.
Guided Gate Structure Diagram 1. When the valve is fully open, the gate's guide hole aligns precisely with the valve body channel, creating a straight pipe section. This alignment facilitates direct media purging, ensuring uninterrupted flow and efficiency (see above diagram).
2. Throughout the gate's movement, whether opening or closing, the valve seat consistently aligns and fits perfectly with the gate. The soft valve seat efficiently scrapes off any impurities, making the flat gate valve ideal for handling media with suspended particles and fibers while protecting the seal surface from damage caused by thermal deformation of the valve body.
3. Engineered for durability, the two valve seats are floating with a soft-hard composite seal. This design guarantees a long-lasting service life, ensuring reliable performance over time.
4. The valve is built for safety-should the cavity pressure escalate unexpectedly, the floating valve seat will automatically release the excess pressure back into the pipeline, ensuring the integrity of your system.
5. Strategically placed at the bottom of the valve body, a drain valve is included to easily expel any impurities that may accumulate within the valve, maintaining its peak performance and cleanliness.
