Tailored to meet diverse process requirements, the AOC-3000 is available in three distinct valve configurations: AOC-3111 (single-seated), AOC-3113 (sleeve type), and AOC-3114 (double-seated), allowing users to choose based on specific working conditions such as differential pressure, temperature, and medium state, along with desired leakage standards. For versatile application needs, the AOC-3000 offers three actuator types: diaphragm (available in both standard and reinforced versions), piston, and metal diaphragm (bellows). Engineered for excellence, this valve features fast-opening flow characteristics, ensuring rapid response and superior adjustment precision with an error margin of merely ≤10%. Its compact design, compared to bulkier hammer-type pressure reducing valves, makes it easy to install and adjust. Actuator Features

Figure 1a showcases the sophisticated mechanism for controlling the post-control valve pressure regulator, employing a pressure-closed type action mode. The operation is elegantly simple: as the medium seamlessly flows into the valve body following the arrow's direction, it is deftly outputted through the valve seat and spool after precise throttling. Concurrently, via the pressure tube (when paired with steam, inclusive of a condenser), the medium is guided to the actuator where it influences the diaphragm. This interaction leads the spool to make a corresponding displacement, achieving the desired pressure reduction and stabilization. In scenarios where the downstream pressure surges, the diaphragm's force intensifies, compressing the spring and maneuvering the spool to narrow the valve opening until equilibrium is restored to the pre-set pressure level. Figure 1b illustrates the strategic regulator used to modulate the pressure ahead of the valve, utilizing the pressure open type action mode. The operation process is a marvel: the medium gracefully enters the valve body from the specified arrow direction and is skillfully outputted through the valve seat and spool post-throttling. Simultaneously, the medium, through the pressure tube (accompanied by steam and condenser), is directed into the actuator impacting the diaphragm, prompting the spool to enact a corresponding displacement for achieving optimal pressure relief and stabilization. Should the pressure escalate in front of the valve, the diaphragm's exerted force increases, compressing the spring and prompting the spool to expand the valve opening until the pressure recedes to the predetermined set value. In contrast, if the pressure diminishes ahead of the valve, the diaphragm's influence fades, and the spring's counteraction drives the spool, thus reducing the valve opening until the pressure reinstates to the desired set level. In situations where the pressure ahead of the valve falls below the set value, the valve remains securely closed, ensuring precision control.
