Further enhancing its versatility, the AOC-3000 series provides three actuator variants: diaphragm (both standard and reinforced), piston, and the robust metal diaphragm (bellows). With its swift-opening flow characteristics, the valve is engineered for rapid response and boasts exceptional adjustment precision (with an error margin of ≤10%). Compact and efficient, it occupies minimal space compared to traditional heavy hammer-type pressure reducing valves. Actuator Features
Figure 1a showcases the sophisticated control system designed for the post-control valve pressure regulator, featuring a pressure-closed type valve action mode. The valve operates on the following principle: as the medium gracefully flows into the valve body following the arrow's direction, it is meticulously throttled and then elegantly released by the valve seat and spool. Through the pressure tube, when dealing with steam and a condenser, the medium skillfully navigates into the actuator, engaging with the diaphragm. This interaction orchestrates a precise spool displacement, culminating in the dual achievement of pressure reduction and stabilization. In scenarios where the pressure escalates post-valve, the force on the diaphragm intensifies, compressing the spring and directing the spool to subtly decrease the valve opening, ensuring the pressure is deftly adjusted to the set value. Conversely, should the pressure decrease behind the valve, the resultant force on the diaphragm diminishes, allowing the spring's reaction force to gracefully drive the spool, expanding the valve opening until the desired pressure equilibrium is restored.

This interaction triggers a calculated spool displacement, achieving both pressure relief and stabilization. When pressure increases ahead of the valve, the diaphragm experiences heightened force, compressing the spring and propelling the spool to widen the valve opening, ensuring optimal pressure adjustment. Conversely, should the pressure decrease in front of the valve, the diaphragm force reduces, and the spring's reaction force drives a reduction in the valve opening, maintaining balance until the pressure rises to the set value.
