3. The valve is engineered with two floating valve seats featuring a soft-hard composite seal, ensuring impressive longevity and reliability. The system is designed to automatically release excess pressure into the pipeline when the valve's internal cavity pressure abnormally spikes, safeguarding its operation and enhancing durability.
4. Grease injection valves are strategically placed on the external seats of the valve body. Should seal pair wear lead to leakage, sealing grease can be promptly injected to effectively prevent any valve leakage, ensuring uninterrupted performance.
5. At the bottom of the valve body, a drain valve is expertly incorporated to efficiently discharge any accumulated impurities from within the valve, maintaining optimal operation.
Guided Gate Structure Diagram
1. When fully open, the valve's guide hole aligns perfectly with the valve body channel, creating a flawless straight pipe section. This alignment facilitates direct media purging, as illustrated in the above diagram, ensuring clear and efficient flow.
2. Throughout the gate's opening and closing operations, the valve seat remains in consistent contact and fit with the gate. The innovative soft valve seat design automatically scrapes away impurities from the gate, making the flat gate valve an excellent choice for media containing suspended particles and fibers. This feature also prevents damage to the seal surface due to thermal deformation of the valve body.
3. The dual floating valve seats incorporate a soft-hard composite seal, offering unparalleled durability and extended service life.
4. In the event of an abnormal pressure rise within the valve cavity, the floating valve seat automatically releases the excess pressure into the pipeline, maintaining operational safety and efficiency.
