For media susceptible to crystallization, such as sulfur, the optional jacketed design expertly averts pipeline blockage due to cooling and condensation, maintaining smooth and uninterrupted flow.

The AOC-4000 series comes typically outfitted with a cylinder-type single-acting actuator, delivering dependable performance. However, customization options are available, allowing you to opt for cylinder-type double-acting actuators, electric actuators, or robust hydraulic actuators tailored to specific needs. Experience rapid responsiveness with the valve's minimum shut-off time ranging remarkably between 2 to 6 seconds, ensuring prompt action when it matters most.

Working Principle

The four-link butterfly valve showcases a sophisticated composition including a drive device, valve plate, valve body, valve shaft, linkage system, and shaft end seals. The operation hinges on the drive device that initiates the valve's opening and closing processes. The drive maneuvers the valve shaft and the four-link mechanism with precision. When the valve shaft rotates, it unfurls the valve plate, aligning it with the pipeline center to achieve a fully open state. Conversely, the reverse rotation smoothly seals the valve by pressing the valve plate against the body's sealing surface, ensuring a full closure and optimal sealing integrity.
