It features an advanced INCONEL butterfly spring in place of the traditional coil spring, ensuring ease of assembly within the valve body. The valve's unique compensation structure is meticulously designed to eliminate jamming issues often caused by high temperatures, adhesion, and wedge extrusion. With a focus on longevity and efficiency, the valve plate and seat surfaces undergo hardening processes, such as hard alloy overlay welding and surface spraying with Co-Cr-Ni alloy, WC, and boron. These treatments deliver an exceptional self-cleaning capability, achieving remarkable surface hardness levels of HRC90 or higher, ensuring durability and optimal performance.
