Working Principle

The ingenious design of the four-link butterfly valve comprises crucial components such as the drive device, valve plate, valve body, valve shaft, linkage system, and shaft end seals. The seamless operation of opening and closing is powered by the drive device, which activates the valve shaft and four-link mechanism. Rotation of the valve shaft unfolds the valve plate, achieving a fully open state when parallel to the pipeline center. Conversely, a reverse rotation secures the valve's closure as the valve plate compresses against the body's sealing surface, ensuring a perfectly sealed system.
