Through its innovative geometry, this valve ensures that the disc seal engages with the body seat solely at the final shut-off stage, entirely eliminating any friction or wear. This results in a torque-induced resilient seal with optimal 'wedging', guaranteeing a consistently uniform seal contact every time.

The Triple Offset Geometry

Offset 1 - Ingeniously designed, the shaft is positioned behind the seat axis. This unique offset enables complete and thorough sealing contact all around the entire seat, ensuring enhanced reliability and performance.
Offset 2 - With precision engineering, the shaft centerline is placed apart from both the pipe and the valve. This configuration permits seamless, interference-free opening and closing of the valve, enhancing operational smoothness.
Offset 3 - The seat cone axis is strategically offset from the shaft centerline. This ingenious design minimizes friction during both closing and opening processes, achieving a uniform compressive seal over the entire seat circumference.

Ingenious Stem and Disk Driving Mechanism with Offset Round Pin: This design prevents any decrease in stem strength from drilling, thus enhancing the round pin's shearing strength, reliability, and security.

State-of-the-Art Stem Sealing Design: Utilizes high-temperature resistant non-metallic materials to block particle-laden fluids from entering bearings, thus preventing lock-ups or jams.

Dynamic Belleville Springs Loading and Compensation: The packing system employs dynamic loading via Belleville springs. The packing box's rolled and pressed hole and specially processed stem work together to eliminate packing emissions, fully complying with the TA-Luft standard.

Diverse Sealing Options: Choose from multi-layer composite, multi-layer all-metal, or integral all-metal seals. Tailor selections to specific conditions. The flexible multi-layer composite seal enhances the fit between seat and seal rings, meeting ANSI VI leakage class.

Protective Thrust Collar: This feature prevents particle or coking substance accumulation in dead angles between the stem and body, avoiding jamming. In reverse flow, it prevents rational displacement due to fluid force, minimizing leakage.
