This versatile valve is offered in three distinct forms to cater to various process requirements, including: - AOC-3111: Single-seated self-acting pressure regulating valve - AOC-3113: Sleeve self-acting pressure regulating valve - AOC-3114: Double-seated self-acting pressure regulating valve Users can select the ideal valve based on working conditions, such as differential pressure, temperature, medium state, and specific leakage demands. Furthermore, the AOC-3000 is available in three actuator types for diverse process situations: diaphragm (with both normal and reinforced options), piston, and metal diaphragm (bellows). These options ensure optimal performance tailored to your needs. With fast-opening flow characteristics, this valve promises sensitive responses and high adjustment accuracy, maintaining an error margin of ≤10%. This configuration ensures optimal performance and reliability. However, should the available space be constrained, the valve may be installed upside down or diagonally. It is noteworthy that if the medium is certified as clean, the installation of part 3 may be deemed unnecessary.
For applications involving steam or high viscosity liquid media, the AOC-3111 type self-operated pressure regulating valve is predominantly installed upside down on a horizontal pipe.
