3. Engineered for longevity, the floating dual valve seats feature a soft-hard composite seal. This construction ensures a durable performance, as the seats can automatically release excessive internal cavity pressure back into the pipeline, safeguarding the system from abnormal pressure spikes.
4. To address potential leakages, external grease injection valves are integrated into the valve body. In scenarios of seal pair wear-induced leakage, these valves allow for the injection of sealing grease, effectively preventing further valve leakage.
5. For effective maintenance, a strategically placed drain valve at the bottom of the valve body enables the discharge of accumulated impurities, keeping the valve in optimal condition.
Guided Gate Structure Diagram
1. When fully open, the guide hole in the gate aligns seamlessly with the valve body channel, forming a direct pipe section that facilitates unhindered media purging (as illustrated in the diagram above).
2. During the operation of opening or closing, the valve seat maintains constant contact with the gate. The soft valve seat is designed to automatically scrape off impurities from the gate, enhancing the valve's suitability for media containing suspended particles and fibers. This design also prevents damage to the seal surface caused by thermal deformation of the valve body.
3. Designed for extended service life, the floating valve seats combine soft-hard composite sealing, ensuring a reliable and long-lasting performance.
4. In cases of abnormal valve cavity pressure increase, the intelligent floating valve seat design allows for the automatic release of excess pressure back into the pipeline, thus maintaining system integrity.
5. For routine maintenance, a drain valve is strategically positioned at the bottom of the valve body, facilitating the removal of any accumulated impurities within the valve.
