The AOC-3000 is designed for diverse applications, available in three distinct forms to meet various process demands: AOC-3111 (single-seated), AOC-3113 (sleeve), and AOC-3114 (double-seated). Choose according to specific conditions like differential pressure, temperature, medium state, and leakage needs. The versatile AOC-3000 also offers three actuator types: diaphragm (both normal and reinforced), piston, and metal diaphragm (bellows), catering to different process requirements. With its fast-opening flow characteristics, this valve ensures responsive action and precise adjustments (with an error margin of ≤10%). Its compact design, much lighter than traditional heavy hammer pressure reducing valves, makes it easy to adjust and ideal for industries like petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, food, light textile, machinery manufacturing, and civil construction. Actuator Features

 

Figure 1a: In this innovative system designed to control post-control valve pressure, also known as the pressure-closed type, the medium seamlessly flows into the valve body, following the designated arrow direction. Post-throttling, it elegantly exits via the valve seat and spool. A separate path, through the pressure tube-enhanced by condensers for steam media-introduces the medium into the actuator, where it gracefully interacts with the diaphragm. This interaction prompts a precise displacement of the spool, achieving the dual goals of pressure reduction and stabilization. Should the pressure after the valve surge, the increased force on the diaphragm compresses the spring, driving the spool to minimize valve opening, ensuring the pressure aligns with the set value. Conversely, if the pressure diminishes, the reduced force on the diaphragm, countered by spring reaction, guides the spool to expand the valve opening, maintaining equilibrium at the set pressure.

 

Figure 1b: This regulator, designed for pre-control valve pressure management and operating under a pressure-open modality, allows the medium to flow into the valve body from the arrow-indicated direction. After meticulous throttling, it is released by the valve seat and spool. Another path through the pressure tube-enhanced by condensers for steam media-transfers the medium into the actuator, creating a dynamic interaction with the diaphragm. This precise engagement results in the spool's controlled displacement, achieving pressure relief and stabilization. As the valve's front pressure escalates, the diaphragm's increased force compresses the spring, prompting the spool to expand the valve opening until equilibrium is restored at the desired pressure level. Conversely, should the pressure decrease, the diaphragm's force diminishes, allowing spring reaction to drive the spool and reduce the valve opening, thus re-establishing the set pressure value. When the pressure falls below the set level, the valve remains closed, maintaining the desired operational conditions.
