1. Ingeniously engineered without a guide hole, the gate showcases a compact and streamlined structure, offering a valve that is both small in size and light in weight.
2. The versatile gate design comes with options of V-shaped, semi-circular, or pentagonal channels. This grants the valve remarkable regulating capabilities, allowing it to adapt seamlessly to any degree of opening, thereby satisfying the flow needs of pipeline systems with precision (refer to the adjacent diagram).
3. Featuring innovative floating valve seats, paired with a soft-hard composite seal, this design ensures an extended service life. In the event of an abnormal rise in internal cavity pressure, the floating valve seat can proficiently release the excess pressure into the pipeline, maintaining optimal functionality.
4. Strategically positioned grease injection valves at the external seats of the valve body enable swift action during maintenance. Should leakage occur due to seal wear, sealing grease can be efficiently injected to arrest the leakage, thereby preserving the valve's integrity.
5. A strategically placed drain valve at the bottom of the valve body is designed for the effective discharge of accumulated impurities, ensuring the valve remains clean and operates smoothly.

1. When fully open, the gate's guide hole seamlessly aligns with the valve body channel, transforming into a straight pipe section. This configuration allows for direct media purging, optimizing flow efficiency (refer to the diagram above).
2. Throughout the gate's opening or closing sequence, the valve seat maintains a constant fit against the gate. The soft valve seat has the remarkable ability to automatically scrape impurities from the gate, making the flat gate valve exceptionally suitable for media containing suspended particles and fibers. It also prevents damage to the seal surface from any thermal deformation of the valve body.
3. The floating valve seats, equipped with a soft-hard composite seal, ensure prolonged service life and unwavering reliability.
