The SNT drain valve represents a breakthrough in valve technology with its innovative internal structure design. Featuring a smooth flow channel between the valve core and cylindrical seat, it accelerates fluid movement to the valve seat's downstream. Here, a pressure drop triggers the fluid's rapid expansion towards the flow center, dispersing energy swiftly to create a turbulent state. This effective discharge process ensures steam formation when fluid becomes supersaturated, simultaneously cooling the residual liquid-a hallmark method of employing flash evaporation in liquid flow.

To cater to the diverse demands of varying systems, our production range includes valves capable of withstanding pressures from ANSI 150 to ANSI 2500. The standard stop valve dimensions begin at 3/4"(DN20), 1"(DN25), 1.1/2"(DN40), 2"(DN50), 2-1/2"(DN65), and extend to 3"(DN80). SNT valves come in a standard angular connection design, allowing for seamless fluid flow. Additionally, through-way type stop valves are available. Depending on control requirements, they are offered in manual, pneumatic, and electric versions. For precise throttling control, SNT employs advanced Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis using Fluent-Code to evaluate flow channels and pressure drops. The internal components of SNT valves are surface-hardened with high-quality Co-Ni alloys or treated with Cr-N ceramic coatings to withstand abrasion and corrosion due to significant pressure drops and velocities.
