3. Engineered with dual floating valve seats, our valve guarantees longevity through its soft-hard composite seal. In the event of an abnormal internal pressure surge within the valve cavity, the floating valve seat is designed to automatically release excess pressure back into the pipeline, maintaining optimal safety.
4. Featuring external grease injection valves, our design allows for easy maintenance. If leakage occurs due to seal pair wear, simply inject sealing grease to immediately prevent any potential valve leakage.
5. Strategically placed, the drain valve at the bottom of the valve body efficiently clears any accumulated impurities, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operation.
Guided Gate Structure Diagram
1. When fully open, our gate's guide hole aligns seamlessly with the valve body channel, forming a straight pipe section that facilitates direct media purging, as illustrated in the diagram above.
2. During the dynamic process of opening or closing, the valve seat maintains constant contact with the gate. This innovative feature allows the soft valve seat to automatically scrape away impurities from the gate, making the flat gate valve an ideal choice for media containing suspended particles and fibers while safeguarding against seal surface damage caused by thermal deformation of the valve body.
