The Triple Offset Geometry

Offset 1 - Ingeniously designed, the shaft is positioned behind the seat axis, facilitating a flawless sealing contact across the entire seat, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Offset 2 - With strategic positioning, the shaft centerline is offset from both the pipe and valve, enabling smooth, interference-free operation during the opening and closing processes of the valve.
Offset 3 - The seat cone axis is intelligently offset from the shaft centerline, effectively minimizing friction during both the closing and opening phases. This design ensures a consistent and comprehensive compressive seal around the entire seat, enhancing efficiency and longevity.

Anti-Blowing Out Stepped Sealing: Secure in its design, this feature ensures safety while the high-strength material of the integral stem boosts permissible pressure drops.

Offset Design for Stem and Disk: Utilizing a round pin offset, this design prevents stem strength reduction caused by drilling, thereby enhancing the round pin's shearing strength, reliability, and security.

Advanced Stem Sealing Design: Crafted from high-temperature resistant non-metallic materials, it effectively blocks particle-infused fluids from entering the bearing, preventing locking or jamming.

Dynamic Loading and Compensation with Belleville Springs: Employing dynamic loading and compensation, our packing system utilizes Belleville springs. The packing box hole is expertly rolled and pressed, while the stem is precisely processed, eliminating packing emissions to comply with TA-Luft standards.

Diverse Sealing Options: Choose from multi-layer composite sealed, multi-layer all-metal sealed, or integral all-metal sealed to suit various operational requirements. Our multi-layer composite sealing adapts flexibly for optimal alignment between the seat ring and sea ring, meeting ANSI VI leakage class.

Thrust Collar Protection: The stem-protecting thrust collar prevents particle or coking substance accumulation between the stem and body, avoiding stem jamming. In reverse flow, it shields the stem from rotational displacement due to fluid force, reducing the risk of significant leakage.

Maintenance Made Easy: With high-precision parts and components,
onsite regulation and easy replacement of seal rings ensure seamless maintenance.
