Working Principle

The sophisticated four-link butterfly valve consists of several integral components: a robust drive device, a precisely engineered valve plate, a durable valve body, a sturdy valve shaft, an advanced linkage system, and reliable shaft end seals. The dynamic opening and closing actions of the valve are expertly controlled by the drive device, which orchestrates the movement of the valve shaft and the four-link mechanism. To open, the valve shaft rotates, aligning the valve plate parallel to the pipeline center, indicating a fully open valve. Conversely, the reverse rotation closes the valve plate, achieving a fully closed state when the valve plate engages and compresses against the valve body's sealing surface, ensuring impeccable sealing.

For media oxygen content um above 23.5%, only external sandblasting is necessary; internal sandblasting is omitted.
