Furthermore, the AOC-3000 series features three actuator types to meet varied process demands: the versatile diaphragm (offered in both standard and reinforced options), the robust piston, and the durable metal diaphragm (bellows). Discover the ingenious mechanism where the medium gracefully flows into the valve body following the arrow's guidance. It emerges, refined and controlled, through the valve seat and spool after experiencing precise throttling. Intriguingly, another path allows the medium to travel through the pressure tube-especially when steam and a condenser are involved-into the actuator to influence the diaphragm. This delicate balance orchestrates the spool's movement, achieving the dual goals of pressure reduction and stabilization. Should the pressure after the valve surge, the diaphragm's force swells, compressing the spring and maneuvering the spool to diminish the valve's aperture until equilibrium is restored.
