Unlike traditional pneumatic piston actuators, this sophisticated actuator promises unparalleled regulation precision combined with an exceptionally lightweight design. What's more, it is highly adaptable and can seamlesslyperform in cut-off applications when paired with advanced pneumatic control valves, boosters, and quick exhaust valves. This combination ensures lightning-fast cut-off times, sometimes as quick as an astounding 1 second.

Service Life
1. The diaphragm cover is made of stamped steel with a galvanized and painted surface for enhanced corrosion resistance. The specially formulated paint ensures durability and prevents peeling, preserving the pristine appearance. The actuator bracket is meticulously crafted from cast or forged steel, delivering a robust, reliable, and long-lasting structure.
2. The diaphragm is constructed from premium neoprene rubber, offering superior resistance to aging and chemical corrosion, and maintaining its integrity and shape under continuous stress, ensuring consistent performance.
3. The push rod is made of high-quality AISI420 with a nickel-plated surface, providing exceptional smoothness and outstanding corrosion resistance, guaranteeing longevity and reliability in various environments.
4. The guide bushing is made from durable aluminum bronze, ensuring excellent guidance and minimal deformation even at low temperatures, maintaining optimal air chamber sealing and functionality.
5. For the sealing, an A-type sealing ring is strategically placed below the connection point of the push rod and bracket to effectively prevent the ingress of oil, sand, or dirt, preserving the actuator's performance and durability.

3. Each actuator specification is equipped with various spring options, enabling it to accommodate a broad spectrum of valve sizes, ensuring versatility and adaptability.
4. Two distinctive types of handwheel mechanisms are offered: top-mounted and side-mounted. The innovative side-mounted handwheel can be fully detached from the actuator, significantly simplifying installation and maintenance.
5. The connection between the actuator and the valve employs a compression plate and sleeve structure, facilitating straightforward installation and convenient on-site packing replacement, enhancing efficiency.
