1. The diaphragm cover is made of premium stamped steel with a meticulously galvanized and painted finish, effectively thwarting corrosion. This durable paint is crafted to withstand the rigors of time without peeling. The actuator bracket, constructed from high-grade cast or forged steel, offers unparalleled robustness and reliability, ensuring a steadfast structural integrity.

2. The diaphragm is constructed from resilient neoprene rubber, delivering superior resistance against aging and chemical corrosion while steadfastly retaining its shape even under relentless stress.

3. The push rod is made of robust AISI420, adorned with a nickel-plated surface, ensuring unparalleled smoothness and formidable corrosion resistance.

4. The guide bushing is made from durable aluminum bronze, providing excellent guidance and minimal deformation at low temperatures, thus maintaining optimal air chamber sealing.

5. For the sealing, an A-type sealing ring is expertly positioned below the connection point of the push rod and bracket to effectively thwart the intrusion of oil, sand, or dirt.

1. All direct-acting and reverse-acting parts are seamlessly universal to ensure complete interchangeability.

2. The spring installation position is fully adjustable according to the stroke. The integrally cast aluminum tray offers versatile installation positions: high and low, ensuring effortless installation.
