This advanced design ensures that the disc seal engages the body seat solely at the ultimate shut-off point, devoid of any rubbing or galling. This innovative mechanism provides a torque-driven, resilient seal enhanced with sufficient 'wedging' to guarantee consistent and uniform seal contact throughout.

The Triple Offset Geometry

Offset 1 - The shaft is strategically positioned behind the seat axis, ensuring complete and reliable sealing contact across the entire seat circumference.
Offset 2 - This offset positions the shaft centerline away from the pipe and valve, facilitating interference-free opening and closing actions of the valve.
Offset 3 - By offsetting the seat cone axis from the shaft centerline, friction is eliminated during the valve's closing and opening phases, resulting in a uniform compressive seal across the entire seat surface.
