The AOC-3000 series offers three distinct valve configurations to cater to diverse industrial scenarios: the AOC-3111, a single-seated variant; the AOC-3113, featuring a sleeve design; and the AOC-3114, a robust double-seated option. Each variant is tailored to meet specific operational conditions, including differential pressure, temperature variations, medium state, and leakage requirements. Further enhancing its adaptability, the AOC-3000 is available with three types of actuators: the conventional and reinforced diaphragm, the precise piston, and the durable metal diaphragm (bellows). Exhibiting a fast-opening flow characteristic, this valve excels in sensitivity and precision, achieving a remarkable adjustment accuracy with an error margin of less than or equal to 10%. Its compact design, significantly smaller compared to traditional heavy hammer-type pressure reducing valves, not only saves space but also simplifies adjustments. Figure 1a: This sophisticated pressure-closed type regulator precisely controls the post-control valve pressure. The operational principle is brilliantly engineered: the medium enters the valve body guided by the arrow's direction, then passes through the valve seat and spool, undergoing meticulous throttling. Another pathway, utilizing a pressure tube (with steam mediums incorporating a condenser), directs the medium to the actuator, engaging the diaphragm. This mechanism prompts the spool's precise displacement, achieving impeccable pressure reduction and stabilization. Should the post-valve pressure rise, the increased diaphragm force compresses the spring, expertly maneuvering the spool to reduce valve opening, thus normalizing the pressure to the desired set value. Conversely, a drop in post-valve pressure diminishes diaphragm force, allowing the spring's reaction force to adeptly drive the spool, increasing valve opening until equilibrium is regained.
Figure 1b: This pressure open type regulator is ingeniously crafted to regulate pre-valve pressure. Its action principle is meticulously designed: the medium flows seamlessly into the valve body, directed by the arrow, and exits through the valve seat and spool after precise throttling. Additionally, the medium traverses a pressure tube (incorporating a condenser when steam is involved) to the actuator, influencing the diaphragm's movement. This innovation causes the spool to shift precisely, ensuring optimal pressure relief and stabilization. An increase in pre-valve pressure enhances diaphragm force, compressing the spring and expertly increasing valve opening until the pressure stabilizes at the desired set value. If pre-valve pressure decreases, the diaphragm's force diminishes, allowing the spring's reactive force to guide the spool in reducing valve opening, restoring pressure to the set level. For optimal performance and seamless integration, when utilizing the valve in gas or low viscosity liquid media, the AOC-3111 type self-operated pressure regulating valve is ideally installed in an upright position on a horizontal pipe. If spatial constraints make this challenging, it can be installed upside down or diagonally. A noteworthy feature is that part 3 may be omitted if the medium is confirmed to be clean, streamlining the installation process even further.
In scenarios involving steam or high viscosity liquid media, the AOC-3111 type self-operated pressure regulating valve is typically mounted upside down on a horizontal pipe to ensure maximum efficiency and functionality.
