Itoperates with unparalleled efficiency, successfully overcoming longstanding issues, earning two national patents: a four-lever eccentric butterfly valve (patent No.: ZL201520326489.1) and a catalytic device featuring a four-lever eccentric butterfly valve (patent No.: ZL201921719624.3). This has been recognized by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation which conducted a thorough product assessment in partnership with Changzhou Universityand the result has been acknowledgedas leading in the domestic sphere.

For the above problems, SNT VALVE proposed to use four-stem eccentric butterfly valve instead of tri-eccentric butterfly valve and aeration butterfly valve as a solution in the industry for the first time, successfully solved the problem for many years, applied for two national patents: a four-stem eccentric butterfly valve (patent No.: ZL201520326489.1 and catalytic device with four-stem eccentric butterfly valve (patent No.: ZL201921719624.3), and commissioned China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation wot conduct product identification with Changzhou University, which was awarded as the domestic leader.

The AOC-4000 series four-link eccentric butterfly valve, designed by SNT, is widely used as a special condition regulating and shut-off valve.
Introducing the AOC-4000 series: a revolutionary four-link eccentric butterfly valve engineered to excel in high-temperature environments, accommodating large diameters, high flow rates, and ensuring minimal pressure drop. With its cutting-edge planar sealing technology, this valve guarantees zero leakage and effectively prevents jamming even under extreme heat. Experience swift opening and closing dynamics, achieving unparalleled adjustment accuracy alongside robust sealing capabilities. Perfectly tailored for the precise regulation or complete shut-off of pipeline media in the production of phthalic and maleic anhydrides, it also excels in managing various gases and liquids, including hydrogen, ammonia, air, smoke, and gas within pipeline systems. For media susceptible to crystallization, such as sulfur, an innovative jacketed structure can be integrated to avert blockages caused by cooling and condensation during flow.

The versatile AOC-4000 series four-link eccentric butterfly valve is designed to adapt to your specific needs. Typically outfitted with a cylinder-type single-acting actuator, it offers the flexibility to incorporate cylinder-type double-acting actuators, as well as electric and hydraulic actuators, based on your operational requirements. Remarkably, the minimum shut-off time can be as brief as 2 to 6 seconds, ensuring quick and efficient flow control.

Working Principle

At the heart of the four-link butterfly valve lies a symphony of engineering excellence, comprising a drive device, valve plate, valve body, valve shaft, linkage system, and shaft end seals. The opening and closing mechanism is powered by the drive device, engaging the valve shaft and the four-link system with precision. As the valve shaft rotates, it orchestrates the opening of the valve plate, achieving full openness when parallel to the pipeline center. Conversely, the reverse rotation prompts closure, as the valve plate meets and compresses against the sealing surface of the valve body, ensuring a complete seal when fully closed.
