Moreover, it boasts an impressive minimum shut-off time ranging from 2 to 6 seconds, allowing for swift and efficient control of fluid dynamics.Working PrincipleThe four-link butterfly valve is a sophisticated assembly comprising a drive device, valve plate, valve body, valve shaft, linkage system, and shaft end seals, each playing a crucial role in its operation. The drive device is the powerhouse behind the valve's functionality, energizing the valve shaft and the innovative four-link mechanism. As the valve shaft rotates, it elegantly opens the valve plate; when aligned parallel to the pipeline center, the valve is in its fully open state, maximizing flow.
