Service Life
1. The diaphragm cover is made of stamped steel with a galvanized and painted surface for corrosion resistance. The paint is designed to be durable and not easily peel off. The actuator bracket is made from cast or forged steel, ensuring a robust and reliable structure.
2. The diaphragm, an integral component of the actuator, plays a pivotal role in its performance.diaphragm is craftedfrom high-quality neoprene rubber, renowned for its exceptional resistance to aging, chemical exposures, and ability to retain its shape even under prolonged stress.
3. The pushrod isskillfully craftedfrom AISI420 stainless steel, further enhanced by a nickel-plated surface, delivering superior smoothness and outstanding corrosion resistance.
4. The guidebushing bushing is meticulouslycrafted from aluminum bronze, guaranteeing excellent guidance with minimal deformation at lower temperatures, thereby preserving optimal air chamber sealing.
5. For superior sealing,an A-typesealingring is strategically placed below the junction of the push rod and bracket to effectively block oil, sand, or particulate infiltration.
Application Flexibility
1. All components designed for direct-acting and reverse-acting operations are universally standardized to ensureeffortless interchangeability.
2. The spring configuration allows for adjustable positioning based on the operational stroke. The integrally cast aluminum tray provides dual installation positions: high and low, ensuring ease of installation. Additionally, 3, 4, or 6 springs can be configured to accommodate diverse spring ranges.
3. Each actuator specification is offered with multiple spring selections, catering to a broad spectrum of valve dimensions.
4. Two handwheel mechanism options are available: top-mounted and side-mounted. The side-mounted handwheel, notably, can be entirely detached from the actuator, simplifying the installation process.
5. The connection framework between the actuator and valve utilizes a compression plate and sleeve design, promoting straightforward installation and convenient on-site replacement of packing.
