Its standout feature is its capability to function seamlessly in environments devoid of electricity or gas, thus guaranteeing energy conservation. This flexible solution allows for pressure settings to be adjusted effortlessly within a specified range. The versatile AOC-3000 series offers three distinct valve configurations, designed to cater to diverse process requirements: choose from the AOC-3111 single-seated, AOC-3113 sleeve, or AOC-3114 double-seated self-acting pressure regulating valves. Selection is based on operational conditions such as differential pressure, temperature, medium state, and leakage demands. Additionally, the AOC-3000 series presents three actuator types to suit various application scenarios: standard diaphragm, reinforced diaphragm, piston, and metal diaphragm (bellows). Exhibiting fast-opening flow characteristics, these valves promise precise adjustments with an accuracy error margin of ≤10%. Compact and user-friendly, they outperform traditional heavy hammer pressure reducing valves. Figure 1a demonstrates an exemplary mechanism designed to precisely regulate the pressure for post-control valves using a cutting-edge pressure-closed mode. The operational principle is elegantly simple yet highly effective: as the medium flows into the valve body, guided by the directional arrow, it undergoes a sophisticated throttling process, emerging through the valve seat and spool. Additionally, a secondary pathway, via the pressure tube (especially for steam mediums combined with a condenser), channels the medium into the actuator to engage with the diaphragm. This interaction causes the spool to shift, thus fulfilling the dual purpose of pressure reduction and stabilization with utmost precision. In scenarios where post-valve pressure escalates, the diaphragm experiences increased force, compressing the spring and subsequently adjusting the spool to diminish the valve's opening. This intelligent adjustment continues until the post-valve pressure aligns with the predetermined set value.
