When installing the AOC-3111 Self-Operated Pressure Regulating Valve in gas or low-viscosity liquid media, the preferred orientation is upright on a horizontal pipe. This ensures optimal performance and stability. However, if spatial constraints exist, the valve can be installed diagonally or even upside down. Notably, when the medium is verified as clean, part 3 of the assembly may be omitted, simplifying installation.

For applications involving steam or high-viscosity liquid media, it is recommended to install the AOC-3111 Self-Operated Pressure Regulating Valve upside down on a horizontal pipe. This executive marvel requires no external energy, deftly using the inherent energy of the regulated medium to autonomously achieve optimal pressure regulation. Its standout feature is its capability to function flawlessly in environments devoid of electricity or gas, epitomizing energy efficiency. Users enjoy the versatility of adjusting the pressure setting value within a customizable range. The AOC-3000 excels with three distinct valve formats to meet various process demands: AOC-3111 (single-seated), AOC-3113 (sleeve), and AOC-3114 (double-seated) self-acting pressure regulating valves. This array empowers users with the flexibility to select based on specific working conditions such as differential pressure, temperature, medium state, and leakage requirements. Furthermore, the AOC-3000 offers three robust actuator types tailored for diverse process scenarios: diaphragm (available in normal and reinforced versions), piston, and metal diaphragm (bellows). This state-of-the-art valve boasts fast-opening flow characteristics, ensuring ultra-sensitive response and precision with an adjustment accuracy error of ≤10%. Its compact design takes up minimal space compared to bulkier hammer-type valves, facilitating easy adjustments. Actuator Features

Figure 1a illustrates the sophisticated operation of our post-control valve pressure regulator, featuring a pressure-closed action mode. This remarkable piece of engineering works as follows: the medium flows graciously into the valve body along the direction of the arrow, elegantly passing through the valve seat and spool after a precise throttling process. Additionally, the medium can travel through the pressure tube, which, when dealing with steam, includes a condenser, and is then introduced into the actuator to influence the diaphragm. This action causes a seamless displacement of the spool, achieving perfect pressure reduction and stabilization. An increase in post-valve pressure enhances the force applied on the diaphragm, compressing the spring and adjusting the spool to reduce the valve opening, ensuring the pressure is meticulously maintained at the set value. Figure 1b presents the adept regulator designed to control the pressure in front of the valve, employing an innovative pressure open action mode. The mechanism functions as follows: the medium gracefully enters the valve body from the indicated arrow direction, undergoing a refined throttling process through the valve seat and spool. Additionally, the medium can pass through the pressure tube, which, when dealing with steam, incorporates a condenser, and is introduced into the actuator to activate the diaphragm. This causes the spool to elegantly shift, achieving effective pressure relief and stabilization. When the pre-valve pressure rises, increased force on the diaphragm compresses the spring, prompting the spool to enhance the valve opening until the pressure returns to its designated set value. Conversely, if the pressure diminishes, diaphragm force decreases, and the spring's reaction reduces the valve opening, restoring the pressure to the desired set value. If the pre-valve pressure falls short of the set value, the valve remains securely closed, ensuring steadfast reliability.
