This makes it ideal for locations lacking electricity or gas, providing an energy-efficient solution. With the flexibility to adjust pressure settings within a specified range, it is adaptable to various needs. Choose from three valve formats tailored for distinct process requirements: - AOC-3111: Single-Seated Self-Acting Valve - AOC-3113: Sleeve Self-Acting Valve - AOC-3114: Double-Seated Self-Acting Valve Select based on working conditions such as differential pressure, temperature, medium state, and leakage demands. Additionally, three actuator types are available to cater to diverse process scenarios: - Diaphragm (Standard and Reinforced) - Piston - Metal Diaphragm (Bellows) The AOC-3000 stands out with its fast-opening flow characteristics, ensuring responsive operation and precise adjustments (error margin ≤10%). Its compact design allows for easy installation, making it a preferred choice across industries such as petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, food, light textile, machinery manufacturing, and civil construction. It's perfect for applications involving gas, liquid, and steam to: - Reduce and stabilize pressure (post-valve adjustment) - Relieve and stabilize pressure (pre-valve adjustment). Actuator Features
Figure 1a, showcases a sophisticated mechanism designed to expertly manage the pressure regulation of the post-control valve with a pressure-closed operation mode. Its working principle is elegantly simple: the medium gracefully enters the valve body following the arrow's guidance and is then skillfully released by the valve seat and spool after precise throttling. Simultaneously, through the pressure tube, which includes the condenser when the medium is steam, the medium is channeled into the actuator to influence the diaphragm. This interaction prompts the spool to shift accordingly, achieving the dual goals of pressure reduction and stabilization. Should the post-valve pressure rise, the diaphragm's force intensifies, compressing the spring and adjusting the spool to minimize the valve's opening until the pressure aligns with the desired setting. Conversely, when the post-valve pressure diminishes, the diaphragm's force wanes, allowing the spring's reaction to expand the valve's opening until optimal pressure is restored.
Figure 1b, presents an adept pressure regulator for pre-valve pressure management, featuring a pressure-open operation mode. The medium gracefully enters the valve body as directed by the arrow and is deftly released through the valve seat and spool after expert throttling. Moreover, the pressure tube, accompanied by the condenser when the medium is steam, channels the medium into the actuator, influencing the diaphragm and prompting precise spool displacement for pressure relief and stabilization.
