Additionally, three actuator types are available to cater to diverse process scenarios: - Diaphragm (Standard and Reinforced) - Piston - Metal Diaphragm (Bellows) The AOC-3000 stands out with its fast-opening flow characteristics, ensuring responsive operation and precise adjustments (error margin ≤10%). Simultaneously, through the pressure tube, which includes the condenser when the medium is steam, the medium is channeled into the actuator to influence the diaphragm. This interaction prompts the spool to shift accordingly, achieving the dual goals of pressure reduction and stabilization. Should the post-valve pressure rise, the diaphragm's force intensifies, compressing the spring and adjusting the spool to minimize the valve's opening until the pressure aligns with the desired setting.
