3. The innovative design features two floating valve seats with a robust soft-hard composite seal, ensuring exceptional longevity. In instances of abnormal internal cavity pressure increases, the floating valve seat adeptly releases excess pressure back into the pipeline, safeguarding operational integrity.
4. Strategically placed grease injection valves on the external seats of the valve body offer a proactive solution. In the event of seal pair wear leading to leakage, these valves allow for the injection of sealing grease, effectively preventing further leakage.
5. A thoughtfully integrated drain valve at the bottom of the valve body facilitates the efficient discharge of any accumulated impurities within the valve, ensuring optimal performance.
Guided Gate Structure Diagram
1. When fully open, the gate's guide hole aligns perfectly with the valve body channel, creating a seamless straight pipe section that permits unobstructed media purging (see above diagram for illustration).
2. Throughout the gate's operational movement during opening or closing, the valve seat maintains continuous contact and alignment with the gate. The soft valve seat effectively scrapes impurities from the gate, enhancing suitability for media containing suspended particles and fibers. Simultaneously, this feature prevents the seal surface from damage due to thermal deformation of the valve body.
3. The design incorporates two floating valve seats with a durable soft-hard composite seal, guaranteeing a prolonged operational life.
